Located at 1210 Wheaton Street Live Oak Landing is the first phase of a two-phase affordable housing development for those who are 62 and older.
124 units of new affordable housing will be available when both phases are completed. Thanks to our partnership with Healthy Savana, Live Oak Landing residents have an educational resource on site for how to get healthy. The program includes activities, healthy cooking, and how to shop healthy on a budget.
