Norwich Commons

Located at 3412 Commons Drive in Brunswick – Norwich Commons was one of the original catalyst sites identified in the Blueprint Brunswick Redevelopment Plan. W.H. Gross worked closely with the City of Brunswick and the Southface Institute to achieve a mixed-use style affordable housing development that resulted in the development certifying as one of the first all affordable housing Earth Craft Communities.
